John’s 30 years of sales, marketing and real estate investing experience has defined him as one of the area’s top producing agents. During John’s eleven years with Coldwell Banker he was often recognized as being in the top three per cent of all Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. John recently joined Intracoastal Realty in Ocean Isle Beach because of the company’s commitment to customer service, marketing and excellence and a “dream team” of agents that have joined the company in Ocean Isle.
John grew up in southern California and the beach life has always been a part of his lifestyle. After spending fifteen years living along the Long Island sound in New York working as a senior executive of a major media company, John and his wife, Katherine, made the move to Ocean Isle Beach. John continues to enjoy the beach lifestyle and always has been an avid boater. Since moving south he has also take nu golf. He owns and manages property on Ocean isle Beach and is very familiar with all facets of coastal real estate.
